Hello modders as we all know very well that Rcom is shutting down its bussiness due to it been suffering from Loss. The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) in direction to all telecom operators said that RCom on October 31, 2017 intimated it that “RCL (Reliance Communications Limited) shall provide only 4G data services to its customers and as a result will discontinue to provide voice services to the subscribers… with effect from 1st December 2017.”

How to Port Reliance 2G/ 3G to Jio 4G Process

  1. Send an SMS from your phone ”< Port > < space> < mobile number >” to 1900. In ‘mobile number’, you have to give that Reliance number which you want to port.
  2. After this, you will receive an SMS as a unique porting code.
  3. Note this code has some expiry date and it should be used before expiry date.
  4. Now, you have to visit your nearest Jio Store to fill up the customer application form.
  5. You need to submit a passport size photograph of yours, address proof and your Id along with the form.
  6. Here you will be given a new Sim Card of Jio.
  7. For next 5 to 7 days you will continue with the same number.
  8. After this, you can insert the new Jio SIM in your phone and can enjoy the Jio 4G network with the latest offers from Jio.

Steps to Port Rcom Sim to Airtel 4G

Airtel is now being more accepted network than Jio. Follow these steps to port your Reliance 2G/3G to Airtel 4G

  1. Users need to send an SMS  ”< Port > < space> < mobile number >” to 1900. In ‘mobile number’, you have to give that number which you want to port.
  2. By sending it, you will receive an SMS which will be a porting code.
  3. This code will expire after some period. 3rd step is to note this code.
  4. Visit your nearest Airtel Store and get subscriber enrollment form.
  5. Submit a passport size photograph of yours, address proof and your Id along with the form.
  6. Here you will be given a new Sim Card of Airtel.
  7. For next 5 days, you will use the same number.
  8. On the 6th day, you can insert the new Airtel SIM in your phone

How to Port Reliance SIM to BSNL 4G

Today BSNL is the biggest data provider in compare to all other telecom companies. This is only the BSNL which is giving 4GB data per day.   3. This UPC code expires in some specific valid time. So, note this code for further reference.
  4. Go to your nearest BSNL Customer Service Center usually located in local Telephone Exchange and get subscriber enrollment form.
  5. Fill this form and also submit your passport size photo, address proof and your Id along with the form.
  6. You will get a new SIM of BSNL from the store.
  7. You have to use the same SIM for 5 to 6 days.
  8. On the 7th day, you can insert the new BSNL SIM in your phone
  9. Now, you can enjoy the data offers from BSNL 4G network.

Port Reliance 2G/ 3G SIM to Vodafone 4G

Vodafone Plans are the most trending Plans nowadays. Jio has raised money for its plans and BSNL customers are complaining about its slow speed. And also it is a bit cheaper than Airtel.   2. Note the unique porting code or UPC received after sending the SMS.
  3. This UPC code gets expire in some days. So, note this code for further reference.
  4. Go to your nearest Vodafone Store and get Customer Application form or CAF.
  5. Fill up the CAF form and submit your passport size photo, address proof and your Id with the form.
  6. You will get a new SIM of Vodafone from the store.
  7. Now, this process takes a time of approx. 5 to 7 days.
  8. After this period, you can insert the new Vodafone SIM in your phone
  9. Now, you can enjoy unlimited calling and data with fast speed from Vodafone.

If tou have not received your porting code or if you are facing other issues like no network, then we have another process for you but you will need to get in Contact with a retailer for the same. Here are the steps for it.

  • Find any retailer of the company you want to port your sim to.
  • Ask him to send a message to 12345 from his Lappu Sim.
  • Send Mesaage “RUPC<Space><Your Rcom Mobile Number> to 12345 from the Lappu Sim of the retailer.
  • You shall receive your MNP code or UPC on your mobile within 7 Days.
  • This UPC code gets expire in some days. So, note this code for further reference.
  • Go to your nearest Store and get Customer Application form or CAF.
  • Fill up the CAF form and submit your passport size photo, address proof and your Id with the form.
  • You will get a new SIM from the store.
  • Now, this process takes a time of approx. 5 to 7 days.
  • After this period, you can insert the new SIM in your phone
  • Now, you can enjoy unlimited calling and data with fast speed from the provider of you choice.
